I need to replace the power steering pressure line in my 1997 Ranger STX 4.0. Can anyone recommend a video that shows how to do this? I have already removed the old line but can't seem to get the new line screwed in. Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA

I often struggle with this myself. Only advice I can offer is compare the ends of the old and new lines to make sure they are the same and keep trying to thread it together while holding at slightly different angles.

Good luck.

Got the replacement done. I ended up removing the driver side wheel which made it more accessible and easier to thread together.

Going in from the side is definitely the key to that one. With a good 6" suspension lift, you can do that without jacking up the truck and removing a tire.
