Power steering leak inside cab under dash?

The speedometer cable is wire strands, twisted into a spiral pattern. So yes, I can see the rotating cable acting like a water screw within its housing jacket.

Would it be the seal on the transmission end causing the issue?

While I agree that could happen in theory, it seems extremely unlikely. The cable enters the transmission way above the normal fluid level. The actual entrance to the cable sheath only sees minute splashing. I’ve seen a lot more cables running dry as opposed to actually pumping enough oil to be noticeable in the cab. If that truly is the issue, minds will be blown.

Yes, extremely unlikely, but in theory possible.

He's replaced the brake master, and still doesn't see that or the clutch master leaking.

In the last pic he posted, that sure looks a drop of red ATF on the pedal bracket, at the lower right, in the upside-down pic.

A '94 manual trans uses ATF. A manual can be overfilled, if the filling is done through the shifter hole. Not at all good for the tranny, but it can happen and has happened.

At this point, it wouldn't hurt, if only to rule things out, that tranny's upper fill plug be pulled, to check for proper level. And it would be even easier to just pull speedo cable from the trans to see if the fluid is that high, also indicating an overfill.
