power door stuff conversion, explorer parts?

96 std cab ranger. my u-pull has literally 5 rows of ford rangers and not a SINGLE one has power windows. I cant fathom it.

its driving me insane.

am I able to use 2nd gen exploder doors/electronics in my ranger doors?? there's a couple 2door exploders out there and they look to be really similar...
