Just to re-cap, since I never really got the answer to the original question.
FIRST:
I'm not looking for a power increase.
I would be using a 4.0L OHV engine.
I would like to do a quick, weekend engine swap, so "fixing" my current engine's problems would be out.
Just looking for reliable, quiet ,stock power levels.
Lowest cost involved.
Would like to find a running 4.0L OHV, and swap in with as many current 2.9L parts as possible.
Would the stock 2.9L intake, and exhaust manifolds work? Sensors all swap to similar locations? Original ECM usable?
Please, if you don't know, or understand the question, please don't reply.
