If I ever move out of the USA, I'll be for a house near you Kona. I love the way that back drop looks, and it's be nice to similar have as a back yard.

That is where we had a large fire almost ten years ago, it just about got a 3,500
person town. Went right into downtown got a bunch of businesses, others were only saved by a lot of private wetting.That is about 40 miles north of me.
