Posible seized hub?

So I got a donor 94' Explorer on friday and was told the passenger side front brake was seized and that is why it would not roll. I have since taken the wheel off and removed the caliper from the rotor in an effort to free up the wheel so I can push it around my driveway. The problem is that even after taking the caliper off it still wont turn. I am wondering if it is the hub that is seized. I haven't given it a second look since it was freezing out this weekend. The driver side moves just fine. This model is electronic locking hubs and I don't know much about them. Is there any quick fix to just allowing me to get the hub rotating. I don't need the 4WD to work since I will be tearing it all apart. I just need it to move so I can get it in the garage and up on the lift. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

only the t-case is electric, the hubs are automatic with a ratchet system that sucks at best. try removing the hub. but it sounds more like a bearing if the driver spins either that or the t-case is in 4wd. if you can remove the hub, try spinning the wheel if it will spin then its the hub. if the wheel wont spin try to spin the stub of the shaft that extends from the spindle that goes into the hub. if the stub shaft will spin the axle is free but the wheel is seized on the spindle (bearing)

thanks for the reply. I managed to get the wheel turning today. Seems to be a great deal of rust or something that was binding it up. I topped off the air in the tires and started to drive and the tire eventually started to move and now its free. I only needed to get it moving so i can get it on my trailer and to the shops to tear it apart.
