After doing research on a motorcycle page acutally, i found the solution to my popping exhaust and am posting in case some others had the problem of a popping exhaust on decel. The problem lies in the AIS system after doing a test drive with the AIS pump hose connected and disconnected it completly removed any popping sounds from the exhaust i will now have to investigate further to see what part is actually causing the popping but it shouldnt be that hard. So if you are getting popping on decel in gear and the popping from just sitting there revving the engine start by remvoing the hose that comes off the Air pump and go from there.
