Please help. Ranger XLT 4x4 1998 quit suddenly would not restart.

No fuel pressure. DTC Code for Mass Air Sensor, Replaced still no fuel pressure or start. Replaced fuel pump. No fuel pressure after cycling ignition five or six times. Any ideas? There are currently no codes pending or stored after checking with two separate code scanners
JD-101 and Zurich ZR4 however the ZR4 did display message about a $10 module. Could not quite figure that one out.

Look in the engine fuse box, replace Fuse #9 20amp that's the fuel pump power fuse, "fuse looks good" is not replacing, test it with an ohm meter or replace it

Does the CEL(check engine light) come on with the key on?
If so then computer is booting up
If not then check/replace fuse #8 as well, 30amp, computer won't/can't activate fuel pump if it doesn't boot up

There is also a Fuel Pump Relay in the same fuse box, #9 relay, swap it with #4 relay(power windows)

In the cab passenger side, look up under glove box at firewall or remove the kick panel, you should see the Inertia switch, looks like this: https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/...plSRqXbODcmq3hfQiExSS_TS7PwGOaluDcp5YaSfymLE_

Has a RED button on the top, press it down if it is popped up, this switch cuts power to fuel pump if there is an accident, it should be replaced if that happens or it can open up again just slamming a door closed or hitting speed bump or curb
Wrecking yard is NOT a good place to get a replacement inertia switch, lol

Thank you. I did find a blown relay fuse, I had been looking at the incorrect fuse box. Will replace and that should resolve the issue however all the other troubleshooting information is very helpful. Thank you again.
