So I was under my truck earlier today (searching for the culprit of a clunking noise in the front passenger wheel area) and found something quite horrifying to me... Now all I need is the technical name for this certain "arm" so that I can find the specific part needed for repair... So if Y'all can help me.., it would greatly be appreciated...

Why is it called a sway bar when it's actually a anti-sway bar? Those fell off my truck when I put in the big engine.
