Haha, it's pretty good, but yeah things i'd change...

lower gears, at least 4.88's
shackle to rear of the springs at very least. But hindsight would be coils and 3 link setup. it would have been less work and ride so much better! but it definatly flexes good! and the running gear will handle anything thrown at it by the 3.0l. Lol, that's not saying much!

well for 1...better approach angle
2... wouldn't need a track bar i don't think.
3... spring deflection towards the direction your going ie. hitting a pot hole or crawling over something, it just rides rougher over all.

the reason i ran it out front was to keep the spring flatter, horizontal to the ground. but i could have ran it with the shackle on the rear with a steeper angle just and ran a large axle shim to compensate for caster and pinion angle.

well they're currently residing on my new project truck that i bought on Saturday. the guy wanted to keep his 39's so i swapped the ol' pizza cutters on there for temp. Tomorrow A guy from Roseburg is selling me some 37" bfg's that are like new for $600. so after those are on I'm not sure what will become on the little guys.

1997 ford F350 power stroke with 120,xxx ish miles. already has an ATS tranny, gauges, 4" turbo back straight pipe, 8" lift. Deffinatly chipped too, just don't know what it is yet. I payed $3200 for this red beauty!
