However they only work if there is satallite coverage, and alot of highways up here don't have coverage infact most of alaska doesn't have good coverage of any of the Satallite radios (FORD factory Sat is the only one with decent coverage i believe)

As far as I know my Sirius works all around Yukon, and Ford factory is Sirius.

Well then Sirius is the way to go... I know XM doesn't work very well up here cause my friend got it and he was so pissed when he got the radio and a year subscription to XM and found out it didn't work in AK.

that's what i have... XM. oh well, if it works, great. if it doesn't, then the cd's for sure.

Yeah they may have gotten support this was like almost 3 years ago now...
