Pivot bolt questions


Nice. They seem to have worked out well for ya. Did you hack off a coil or not?

Think you're gonna need that sway bar? Its just sitting in my shed and I have the drop brackets too.
Cut a coil and a half off . No, I don't think I'm going to need the sway bar . Do you want first chance at my skyjacker coils?
 
Here is a pic showing the steering linkage . I lowered it 1" all the way around .

Coils sit at about 14" with the weight of the truck on flat ground .
 
Looks like your steering could still come down another inch maybe, but that's not near as bad as some I've seen. With the softer coils I still think you'll see a lot of improvement if you swap to something like the Stonecrusher steering.

Also, maybe hack off some of the pivot brackets hanging down too. Looks good though (diggin' the tube bed) :icon_thumby:
