Let me correct you...it's ALWAYS been the bumper with those uuuuuugly pads. THEN the console, then the new bumper/valence, then HID's, and will always be the console and you know it...until you fix it. HEHEHEHE.

AWESOME looking truck. I just purchased a 99 XLT stepside last week with a bad motor, got the 2.5 out this weekend. Going to re-do that and try to get a few more ponies out of her...

Anyway, Im curious what you had to do to get the Edge Bumper, Valance and Hood to fit.

Is that an Edge bumper or the 99 XLT chrome bumper?

If you used the original bumper? Does the Edge valance fit right on or did you have to modify bumper or valance?

From everything I read, the Edge hood will fit right on the 99 grille?
