Hmm.. thats not a realistic black though, one of the few things I hate about photoshopping. You have to tweak the hell out of black to get it right. The color would be more like his roll bar if he were to paint it.

thanks hazmat. I actually painted it like that today. The bumpers, gril, and fender flairs. Ill put some pics up if you want to see it. I think it looks awsome black, kinda unique i guees.

I'd like to see the grill and front bumper. We have the same color truck and I was thinking of doing the same thing.

Koda - I agree, but I didn't spend much time on it just a quick one to give an idea of what it might look like. Black and white are hard to do, I still haven't found an easy way.

I once had a co-worker ask me to transform a Red 67 Firebird to a Black one with different wheels. I did it, he was happy, but I hated it because I couldn't get it to look realistic.

may be a challenge here, but I wanted to paint my grill black, and im not sure what to do, so if someone could chop it, it'd be appreciate much so...

and yea if your wondering why I want to paint it is because I hate chrome, completely hate it

What I usually do is put it in gray scale, and then darken it until I get the desired color.
