New IPad, and anytime I view photobucket pictures exclusively they are blurry. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Don't use photobucket. They tried to blackmail people into paying $400/year.

PB gives you a small amount of hi quality pics for free. go over the limit and it gets blurred.
