Wahlstrom and 59Bisquick, I got my mag in the mail the other day, and it was AWESOME to see the Ranger and Bronco II in there tearin it up with the best of them. Again, congradulations guys. It's just too cool that two fellow TRS members got invited to go on the Ultimate Adventure.

Just got my issue for this month a while back but was a little slow of reading it. My bad. Anyway I hadn't seen this thread so I was really surprised to see a member's truck in the magazine. The truck is unmistakable and it was awesome to see a member, let alone 2, that got picked from a nation of applicants. Congratulations guys, coverage looks great and the rigs are spectacular!

There are directions in the magazine for how to apply. I did mine on thier website...I totally forgot about it and never thought I would get picked. A year later...Hi...this is Rick from Petersens 4Wheel and Offroad...wanna come on UA2010??!! 
^^^ Exactly! I emailed my entry in back in december, then waited. The forms all say you will know by April 1st.... I got a call on the 12-13th:

'This is Rick Pewe, do you know who I am?'
'........try's to pick jaw up, and answer.......Uhm, ya.....'
'Still interested in going on U.A.?'
It was the first time I applied, and to all the haters that say its a Mag run with all their friends.....I'm a nobody to them, and none of them had met Shay or I before. All you have to do is apply and wait.
I just cant wait until the second issue comes out!

I am waiting on the second issue as well, Id love to see more action shots of you and shay. They focused on the jeeps in the first issue. Awesome experience though I bet. It looked like shay took minimal damage compared to alot of the mopars? Cool points for Ford.
As mentioned, everyone broke this year. Apparently it was rougher (better!) terrain then some previous years. I know Shay broke less then I did.....I need a doubler too....

Yea, I had no idea about this thread, and when I was flying, I bought the mag. Flipped through to the UA section and jaw dropped when I seen you two on there. I was like, "They are on the same forums as me!" What all did you end up braking?
