im looking to a jet performance progarmmer. just wanted to know if they really work like say they do. i have a ranger v6 4.0 4x4.

i did not notice any gains but a ford tech told me that if i took it off id notice a difference. so basically it takes time for the computer to make any increase on gains. however, my truck being a manual tranny would really not make and difference on shift point such as the auto.
