Painting the Ranger

My truck is Rattle Canned flat black, but has like spots on it and looks weird... and un-even. So how Do I get it to look even? So it actually looks better up close?

paint gun. and semi-gloss or satin black instead of flat

yeah flat is harder to lay really.. and get a cheap HF gun.. you'll be amazed what a $30 HF gun does.

any automotive place should have them. you should have an auto paint place somewhere..
