like before mentioned
-SCUFF! with a med. to coarse (scotchbrite or?) pad, untill(as my boss said)all the shiny is gone
-clean with a wax remover
-prime lightly
-scuff VERRY LIGHTLY(trying not to go through primer)
-paint as many coats as you feel comfterable with
-if its automoative(car) paint id wetsand with 1000grit and buff for glass like finish, or dont buff and a little duller finish
i personally hate plastic and fiberglass because its verry hard to fix if it gets f-ed up(even a minor mistake)
but this workes for me
