i used 2 qrts of rustoleum gloss white in a can mixed 50/50 with mineral spirits...rolled on with a smooth finish foam roller from wally world, wetsanded after the first 4(they go on really thin at first), then wetsanded after everycoat after 4. cost me around 36 bucks, been like that since august with alot of dirt roads, wheeling, and mudding. doesnt stain, the wild country mxt's throwing rocks hasnt bothered it, and it didnt chip with a mishap taking my doors off.
after a few months finally wetsanded and buffed with meg's ultimate compound
before i cleaned up the drippage and took the bumper off to get behind it
gettin my roll awn
i say fawk rattle can, u cant ever get it thick enough for good coverage, and durability, and yea ive rattle a few of my ride. heres my jeep
and i started my b2 when i got finished with the bodywork
but i didnt like how it turned out so i stopped. i reccomend the roll on and wetsand approach, its way cheaper then spray paint, and looks tons better then the local econo paint shops and hold up better, keep a little wax on it and u are good to go
