Overhead console

I thinkI'll be going with the explorer rather than the expedition. I don't really need that much storage, I was more after the temp and direction. I'll check the classifieds and see what they've got.

I was looking on ebay and came across an expedition console for a good price, before I decided to buy I asked the dimensions. Turns out it's 31x10, which would take up pretty much the entire length of my roof. If I decided to go that way I could replace my dome light with the map lights in the console. The width on the other hand would interfere with my visors. It would however be an iinteresting mod.
