Overdrive off button

Hey I got a 2008 XLT automatic where can I find the little rubber button that goes over the end of the shifter knob where you turn the overdrive on and off. I found the plastic little cover that goes around the edge of it but it's always missing the rubber part in the middle that covers the actual button, I found some online but it seems like they stop making them in 2006 for some reason or something like that but what years will work with it? I've heard the F-150 ones will work as well. Links would be a plus tia

I see what you mean about the Dorman button having no complete rubber cover.
