Our New House!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my dad had a squirrel try to stow away his winter food supply in his heater last year. there were probably 30+ acorns in there. broke $400 worth of crap in there.

Thanks for inviting us over for a beer.
If you have pecific questions about the AC just post it and I'll try to answer them. I think if it was me I would take the cover off the condenser and see if something is a out of place. Think sticks and dirt.

It doesnt sound like electrical popping if that s what you mean. just fast clicking and then the breaker flips
Sounds like an overload that doesn't quite trip the breaker all at once.

I had one like that in my condo: whenever I would use the microwave and another high-amp drawing appliance at the same time (say the spousal associate was vacuuming) it would do this high-speed click/rattle, then finally pop the breaker open.

I don't remember what I did to fix it (pulled a larger gauge wire/breaker, add a circuit, or something).

Anyway, check the compressor for a bound/binding motor, and/or loose connection. Might be able to get this fixed on the seller's dime if there was an inspection done and it wasn't mentioned.
