Got the dashpad cover installed. Looks good! Truck is finished.

Since I couldn't buy a new dash cluster piece, I just painted over the imperfections. Only around the radio and air controls.

$129 is steep for just a pad...would like to throw one in my 94 since the dash is cracked up good but im not going to spend that kind of money for it

looks AWESOME dude. hopefully some day i'll have enough money to replace mine as well. it's expensive, but worth it to get a whole new interior change without the hassle of trying to take everything out, spray paint it (the dye paint not literal spray paint), wait for it to dry (and hope for no blotches, etc) and then have to reinstall it. everything taking up a whole day probably.

i want to black out my inside some day.
it's always easiest to maintain new equipment rather than repair old equipment (i said easiest, not cheapest)

Yeah. The cover is only made by one company, and everbody sells the same thing, kind of like going to the local parts houses for spark plugs.

I looked at the link for lmc truck page 97 and didn't see the dash pads. I saw the protectors. Can you point out the one you bought please. Thanks
