WOW....... the Mustang has been the longest running Muscle car and Ford is going to let the Mustang get it's ass handed to it by the Camaro


putting a 210 HP V6 up against the 305 HP V6 that is stock in the Camaro...... even the GT only makes 10 more hp than the Camaro v6............ the Mustang should have had the Ecoboost first.

well the camaro also has been dead for a little wile. and the mustang just has a face lift so it is still in shock from that. it will regain it's strength after a new heart in a year or two...lets just hope they will put the new 6.1 in there for the v8 option super and twin turbo charged!!!!

I just think that ford is going in the right direction and going to be on top for a little wile!!! just not in north america but in the WORLD hahaha

That is a very peaky and not very useable 300hp... most of the reviewers still favor the GT over either the Camaro or Challenger.

The 310hp GT takes 4.9 seconds to hit 60mph, the 426hp Camaro SS takes 4.8... pretty darn close. The 300 hp V-6 Camaro takes 5.9 seconds to hit 60mph vs the 207 hp Mustang's 7.2.

I recently got a ride in a '07 GT automatic, with only 300hp that thing would really scoot...
