The best use I've found is that groups of A4LD's make great artificial reefs. There is a plentiful supply of the raw material, and fish are attracted as they don't stain the water, like cast iron does.
is the A4LD French or German?
if its french then that explains alot. If its German then they must have contracted the french to build it.
Will this work?

It's made of teh metalz
Hey guys can I run 35's with my D28? I just put some new auto hubs on it and cranked the torsion bars 6 inches so I think it will hold up fine.![]()

Im gettin one to swap into the 8.8. Hey Milje where can I get one![]()
Uhhh... D28's don't have torsion bars.
They're leaf sprung, n00b.
Who makes a better add a leaf kit for them, Oak or Maple?![]()
I think it is a french design, and so far my German 2.8 has whooped one of them since I got it, you could almost say the hostilities live on and Germany (my engine) still has the upper hand.
Hmm, how to convert a 2.9 to a 4.0
"Buy a newer truck."
Umm, that's only 4 words. You must be padding your responses a bit.![]()
