about me. I retired 9 years ago, went to car school for 3 after I retired, one of the best decisions I have ever made. I bought a car similar to my high school car, 57 chevy and worked on it for 4 years. Currently working with my brother on a 67 camaro.
reason for being here. My daughter asked if I would fix her 97 ranger. I said ok, oh boy does it need help.
From the rear moving forward. No taillights, loud exhaust, heater stays on, left blinker problems, no speedometer, engine sputters and dies, drips antifreeze. No problem says I to her face. I may ask for a little help.
I did find the problem with the taillights was corrosion at the cheap trailer light connection. Ordered a new cat because somebody had cut it out and only welded the bottom half of the replacement pipe.
Almost done! ever the optimist.
