Ok I am stumped now any ideas?

Ok so I have a 1991 B2 that was fitted with a 1993 mustang harness and motor a few years back also with a 5-speed it had a decent built 306 twist wedge heads stuff like that well it finally broke the crank and was sold and past around a few times and now I own it I have a stock 91 5.0 in it now but what has me all kinds of confused is with everything hooked up I got nothing when I turn the key and if I jump the starter it turns over but with no fire however if the computer is not hooked up my key works and I then have fire I am lost I have never seen anything like this? Ay ideas?

Sounds kinda like a ground issue maybe?

when i first wired my 5.0 in i had that same issue, it would do that if i left off the black single ground wire that has the quick dissconect, or one of the other wires i cant remember the color i would either get spark and no injector pluse, or i would get injector pluse and no spark, same thing if u removed the computer found out it was one of the wires. sorry im sure that dont help you out much
