oil temp and batt gauges!

whenever i start my truck, my oil and batt gauges with rocket and stick at the 1/2 way point. The temp will start from cold and work its way up and stick halfway. . . Whats up with my gauges?

normal operating condition. each sensor reacts to their components the way they should. always good to ask though, now you know!

Your oil gauge is a reverse idiot light, and your volt meter, will move if you put a big enough load to drop voltage.
