Oil tach twitching?

I've been noticing lately that my oil tachometer has been starting to twitch lately, what does this mean? It's a 96 2.3l but It's only got 114kms and I have done oil changes regularly since I bought the truck at 50k.

You mean your oil pressure gauge? It doesn't actually read oil pressure, just as long as it's above a certain threshold it's "normal"... If it drops all the way down that's bad...

Yes I mean oil pressure guage

yes the oil pressure guage, I've noticed it twitching but yes it stays where it should be but I've never noticed it twitching before, has me slightly worried that this will get worse, unless it's always been like that and I'm just noticing this now

I wouldn't be worried, if you really are worried, buy a real oil pressure gauge and monitor it... Mine twitches a little, it will go from directly in the middle to about the "O" in "NORMAL" and back... The only thing you can really tell from a Ford OEM oil gauge is if something completely fails and it goes all the way to "0"...
