oil pump pulley bolt

Broke the bolt on the oil pump pulley. Bought new pump and can't find a bolt to fit. The diameter measures .375 but it is not american. I think it is 10mm but a 10 x 1.5 doesn't fit the thread gauge looks like 1.75 pitch but can't find that pitch in a 10mm. Does anyone know what size it is?

A picture of the pump may help. Most engine oil pumps I'm familiar with don't have a pulley. A belt and pulley system down in the oil sump would not work well unless it's a timing belt. What engine is it?
