Oil Leak

my ranger is leakin from somewhere in the back of the motor.. starts to drip when i shut it off. i out a new oil pan gasket on it 1000 miles ago when i put the motor in. it is dripping off the bottom of the oil pan, and the starter.
Any ideas on what is leaking????

Did you replace the rear main seal when you replaced the pan gasket?

nope, i replaced the pan gasket because on the side looked like it had been burnt when someone was removing the motor and using a torch.
