No video but I can explain it, it's the same as any of the Lima's used in Rangers though, more complicated with the newer setup with the alternator on the passenger side as you have to take off the power steering pump bracket to get the timing cover off. Once you get to the cam pulley, take that off (have to take the timing belt off too but loosen the cam bolt first), it will just slide off. There is likely thread sealant on the bolt, I haven't taken my '97 apart to see if it is dry there or not as I've heard some years had a plug behind the bolt. After the pulley is off you should be able to see the cam seal, if not it is behind the rear timing cover. To get the seal out you can poke a hole in the front face with a nail or something then drive a drywall or deck screw into it and pull the seal out with pliers or a claw hammer, then drive a new seal in until it is flush.
