oil filter removal (stuck and crushed)

thanks all who gave me some ideas. i got it off with some sandpaper around it and torqued the hell out of it to the point where my hands were throbing after words came off and i threw it across the yard cursing a storm but i got the new one in and oil in but still same problem its like its bogging down but runs and starts fine even revs which it didnt do before has great oil pressure. anyone know what this could be missfire or not firing at the right moment bad gas im out of ideas. its not as bad as when i started it finding out there was no oil in it. and to the member above this post nice truck what engine size? 2.3 2.5?:annoyed::icon_bounceblue::icon_surprised:

So you changed the oil because it was bogging down?

no it needed to be changed but i found out it didnt have oil in it because of that note its been sitting and all i do is go and start it every now and then. a couple days before it had oil but it was low i just pretty much let it start and turn right back off. just to oil everything. but now that i done all this it idles and runs but still has that slight bogging down sound i can rev it just like i could if it wasnt doing this. could it be that i just need to let it run and heat up? or leave it alone till i get more info. ive always done the oil changes when spose to and kept up with everything i do know i need a icm its firing on 2 and 4 cyl. and the other side is firing opposite so im thinking it might have something to do with that.
