Hello everyone. Im new here as you can probly tell since im posting a new member intro!! Anyway.... I live in central Ohio and i bleed ford blue. Ive owned a few rangers in the past and several F150s. My local asphalt circle track has just started a minitruck class. So i bought a 1993 ranger to race. I bought it just wanting to have fun for now and to get more serious next season. but anyway thats enough of an intro. i dont want to bore anyone lol

Any plans for an engine swap and/or suspension upgrades?

well we have a ride height rule of 6" from frame to ground. Not allowed many suspension upgrades. But when you lower a twin i beam ranger it messes the camber up on the left front. need positive camber on the left and negative on the right. In order to fix that issue i cut the left side beam and moved where i wanted it and rewelded it. engine swap is a definite. Not sure which route i will go yet tho. The 3.0 only revs to 6000 rpm before it cuts out. I need something that revs too 7000. Either a 2.3 4 banger or a 3.2 sho v6 swap. Im going to try to post pics soon
