number 4 is misfiring what are the ideas on how to fix it

Not enough info. You need to expand your profile on the left of the post or when you post. Year, Model, Engine size etc.....

Depending on which engine it may be: Plug wire, spark plug, fowled plug, coil pack, injector or signal going to the injector.

Being OBD II do you have a service engine light on and if so what code came up??

i pluged my computer in and it said it was very low but how do adjust that or fix that it also was flatlining with my o2 sensors idk why i just replaced all them a couple months ago

Why do you have a CEL? What CODES are returned when scanning the truck?

If its JUST a cyl 4 misfire, do Vac and Compression tests, then if they both pass its going to be fuel or ignition (Plugs/Wires/Coilpack/Injector/Fuel filter/Fuel Pump Etc)
