now the power locks

hy guys, now next issue in my bros ranger, the truck has power locks, but the locks dont lock lol! they sound like if working, and they try to move, but nothing, if u keep pushing the switch they act like if the battery dies and stay still, both locks are dead, no lock/unlock action
already checked the locks and nothing seems to be broken, the fuses are ok too

first check the door lock actuators. hook 9v up to the terminals in the doors and they should pop the locks open. if not, you need to replace them. then you need to go to the source. is the relay broken? has the 12v+ constant source been interupted? you can check this with a volt meter. also check for a weak ground.
