Notsure what to do

Have 1988 2.9 was running now no go. It will not start fuel pressure on the injection rail is 35 pounds. Have spark ck that. Pulled codes have 18 and 95, 96 not sure where to go from here any help would be great.

deffinatly be going over the grounds and making sure they are good.
there are several.

couldn't hurt to pull off the TFI and have it checked.
also check the relay for the fuel.

update

Installed new ground cable from battery to motor, ran separate cable to frame. Upon further investigation found broken ground on cab to motor, replace with wire directly to battery. Pulled codes again found code 18 (spout connector ground issue????) Any ideas on cause
Am going to pull TFI off and have it checked

check the wire connection on the spout itself, look it over carefully....might have a corroded/broken wire there and trace back to the harness. Also look the connection over for the TFI also a known trouble spot.

there is also a ground to the back side of the block or the head for the TFI.

Update on my problem

Finally got to pull of TFI, Had it checked at local parts place and failed miserable have to wait until payday to get another on. Checked all connection and wires found them to be good.

Update on 2.9 problems

Well got to pick up TFI Module installed and cleared codes. Truck started right up ran rough at first then leveled out. Pulled spout and checked timing and adjusted. Checked codes koeo had none. Then Checked with motor up to temp. got a code 77 which is goose test. So no have to do some more work on it body and interior wise but good to go
