Nothing but problems, but I think I finally got'em!

Hey guys, just need to vent here!

Well I just did a swap that most of you know about, but since then it's been nothing but problems! After the swap this is what's been going on. I've fixed them all, but what a nightmare!

#1. Power steering pump went out
#2. Lower radiator hose needed replacement
#3. Heater hose needed replacement
#4. Main front seal was leaking even though it was new, so replaced it
#5. Return line on power steering pump needed replacement

All of these items were leaking and taken care of finally. I neglected my Ranger so long that all of these itmems went bad. Just needed to vent, thanks.

Just got back from picking up my boys from school and looked under the truck. Dry as a baby's bottom!

I'm still trying to get to that state. Then my KLX started to give me shit. Cam tensioner wasn't applying enough pressure.

Yeah, after I removed and replaced everything I had "A LOT" of snags afterwards. I can see some of the other things going bad because of age and all the driving I've put the truck through, but the seal?

This was definitely the case of a brand new seal that came bad from the factory!

Oh man, too bad about your job, sorry to hear that & I hope you find something good soon.

Yeah, with the mileage of your truck, you were bound to "disturb" a few things that were kinda worn out but at least you found out about it all then instead of on a road trip somewhere.
