ridin no rear shocks for a while, my new 8.8 decided to not come with any. feels super sketch bumpin down the road, but is it dangerous? i have the option of driving my room mates second ranger for a bit.

so my truck failed. everything went good till they ran the part number on the ecu and it came up as a ecu for only the 98

Oh man that bites. Sorry to hear that. Is there any way to just swap the ecu?

Ya but I would also have to swap out the fuel system and a bunch of the sensors on the motor to make the 99 or newer ecu work. I have a plan hard to explain but it will work
