Yep. We have smog here. In the valley like sac and stuff they have enhanced smog laws where they have to smog on a dyno at 15 and 25 mph.

I have a few cousins that live in Oklahoma. Might see if they will hop on the title with me. How does that work? Just add them to the title and change the address to their address instead of mine?

Yep you do it when you register it there. New title and make sure your ins company covers Oklahoma.
