I did a duraspark conversion to my truck, used all new parts and got a 2150 carb. I had it running and was working on setting the choke and idle when one day it wouldn't start. Narrowed the problem down to the plugs not firing. I have tested the coil and replaced the duraspark box with a spare. The cap looks fine and the rotor is spinning. The coil, distributor and duraspark box all have 12 volts when they should and all grounds are fine. Last thing I can think of is the distributor it self. Any input? Thanks.

Check ALL grounds - I once had a slightly lose screw in the distributor that caused a no-start situation.

The grounds in the dizzy are fine. I checked the resistance through it and it is grounded. For some reason I'm not getting 12 volts on the orange wire into the distributor. I have tried a new box and an original Ford unit. I have 12 volts on the + coil terminal, and at the - coil terminal. Is this right? I checked the resistance through the coil and it was within specs. But there is no power coming out of the orange wire on either box. I jumped the wire going to the distributor with 12 volts and still nothing. Is there a way to test that the coil is producing the correct output? Anyone think its the stator terminal in the distributor?

No real help here, but I used to use Motor's Manual for troubleshooting DuraSparks when I had them. They were used in most Fords (Pintos to full size) from the late 70's so maybe an old manual can help.
