That looks like a fuel line not a vacuum line
You should see 2 fuel lines coming up from drivers side frame rail
One goes to the Fuel Rail, thats the IN from fuel pump
The other goes to the FPR, thats the Return line that sends unneeded fuel back to gas tank, smaller vacuum hose is on the FPR and just pulls off no clamps or holders.
Couple of quick ways to check spark
Get an old spark plug, or pull one of yours out
And get jumper cables
Clamp jumper cable to battery ground or metal of engine
Clamp spark plug base in the other end of jumper cable
(I use jumper cables because they are heavy and clamp tight, and I always have a set laying around, lol)
Pull off any one of the engines spark plug wires, at the spark plug, and put it on the old spark plug
Crank engine and watch for nice Blue/White spark, yellow is weak spark
If no spark then pull Coil's spark wire off the distributor and put it on the spark plug
Turn key on and off, it should spark when key is turned OFF
If coil is sparking but not distributor then chances are TFI module is bad, but could be Hall Effect sensor
Look at the previous post for testing TFI modules
If coil is not sparking then test coil "+" for 12v with key on and "-" for ground, key on
If no 12v at coil with key on there is a wiring issue
You can run a jumper wire from battery "+" to Coil "+", in the old days this was called "hot wiring a car", lol, misspent youth.
With jumper in place try to start engine
