No power

Acts like it is not firing on all cylinders , I was looking and could not find the High pressure fuel pump. PO said he checked the Fuel pressure and it is around 36 PSI. Starting to think bad injecters or ICU. I would say clogged exhaust but I put sea foam in it today and it smoked out the whole neighborhood

36 PSI is actually a hair low. It's speced to run at 35, but I have found that KOEO it should get to at least 50 and KOER the it should sit near 40.

The HP pump on yours will be really hard to find if you are thinking in gen 1 mode. In 89 they ditched the dual-pump system, you should only have the in-tank unit.

Clogged injectors is possible, the 2.9 fuel rails can get a little nasty inside and plug up injectors. If you are particularly concerned about that take them out and leave them sit in some BG 44K for a weekend.

I just got some video of the truck running. Maybe the audio of the engine can help. Just waiting on Photo bucket

Phot bucket will not work. Noticed that it smells like Gas when I turn the ignition off.

Did he get the reading of 36 psi with or without the vacuum line?

Ok, lets start from square one.

What have YOU done to it? I don't care what you were given receipts for, or what he said has just been done. What have YOU done to it?

Plugs and wires. Checked the timing. New MSD coil. Seafoam treatment. Checked all fluids. Tomorrow I'm changing the fuel filter. And rechecking the fuel pressure.

In case you didn't know, you'll want to get your FP reading without vacuum. Just plug the line with a little bolt or something.

Which hole.

This is weird. I replied to this a couple hours ago, and now it's not here. That's the second time that's happened to me this week.

Anyway, you'll want to plug the vacuum line off. You don't need to worry about the port on the regulator.

10-4 getting off work soon so Ihope to have results by this evening

Pulled the fuel filter and Chocolate Milk poured out of the filter. Dropped the tank and there was a little debris in the tank but not much. The sock on the pump has debris in it, is this normal? Should I change the pump? I am taking the injectors out tonight and let them soak for a couple days and hope for the best on those.
