No power to a/c clutch

The answer is yes. As I said in my first post.
The relays were swapped no power. I give up.

The power path goes:
Fuse (under the hood)
WOT/AC clutch relay
Compressor clutch

To enable the clutch relay, the PCM needs to have the cycling switch closed (you jumpered that) and the high pressure cutoff switch closed. The wires to those two switches goes:
BK/YE to cycling switch, RD/YE wire out of cycling switch to
High press cutoff switch and BK/WH out of high switch to ground.

Simplest thing to do is disconnect the cycling switch and ground the BK/YE wire. See if the compressor engages, report back result. If that works, one of those two switches is bad.
