no more ranger!?!

Fact is, my life demands a truck. I can do more, haul more, and go more places with a truck than I would ever could in a car. Ever tried crossing flooded roads that come up to the cab. Can't say that I could do that in a car.

But as long as my 96' 2.3L Ranger lives on, I will never let her go. And if that day every comes, I pray the Ranger will still be around.

All you need is a snorkle (for rough water) and a propeller off the crank and it would make a fool of a Ranger in water, they were doing all kinds of water crossings with these things back in the day.

sure, you can pull the cab......if your not working in an out of date shop. Seriously, or alignment machine has been there since 1982...yes, 1982.

I always wondered why they didn't cut to the chase and make the front ends tip ahead like a semi, it would make working on them alot easier.

Yeah it sucks when you are working on new vehicles with worn out outdated equipment.

Not trying to say the Ranger will make a good boat. Just more or less stating that a truck has more ground clearence and able to terrian the harshess of land better than a cars.

Besides, when the time comes. I'm the only one still cruising in any weather conditions. 12" of water, no problem. A foot of snow, not enough to stop me. Freezing rain, got plenty of mad drifting skillz to let loose.
