I started the truck last night to go home from work, and i only had my headlights working (and brake lights, if you count those), along with my dome piece. My instrument panel, parking lights, and turn signals do not work. I went ahead and checked the fuses, but i saw nothing bad. I replaced the headlight switch, but it still doesn't work. any ideas? Maybe someone can point out specific fuses i could check..?

2000 ford ranger, rwd, manual.

Check for any shorts, check for power, check the fuses, check to see if you have power at the fuses, check the bulbs, what ever may cause it to go out.

Yeah a fuse under the hood popped, there should be a 15 or 20 amp mini fuse in the Power Dist. box not sure where its at, you'll have to look in your book. But thats the fuse that popped, mine did that when I put in a new radio and crossed the dimmer wire and they went out.

I feel like an idiot..i checked the fuses in the cabin, and i replaced the headlight switch. I didn't think about a fuse under the hood >.>

Thanks!

PM me your e-mail address and I'll send you a PILE OF 2000 Schematics.

What you mean?

Did you get it fixed yet?
