Yes, the harness is for the seatbelt tensioner which has a yellow harness connector at the tensioner motor, yellow tells you it is part of the airbag system. The other two wires are black and go the switch in the female part of the seat belt buckle, which activates that damn ringer if you don't have seat belt on.
