Newer cab on an older frame?

Wheel base for the Xcab stayed the same. The super cab cabs were never lengthened, just redistributed to give more leg room to the front seat. The regular cabs were lengthened a bit.

What about the wheel base or we just talking the cab ?

Didn’t the Rangers increase the cab length by 3” around ’98, which would increase the wheel base by 3”s ?

Regular cabs didnt have rear doors.
