New Transmission

I currently have a 1985 Ford Ranger 2.8L V6 with an A4LD automatic transmission that has gone bad. I am currently looking to replace it with a new transmission. I've found these two sites and would like to get the opinion of others here.

Are these legit? Also if anybody else has a site or something I'd appreciate it.

All rangers, B2's, and explorers with 2.8, 2.9, and 4.0L share the same bolt pattern, 91-94 had stronger internals. Might be an alternative to dropping a lot more for a rebuilt.
